Here at the Long Night Wine we offer FREE delivery with every purchase within Australia. 

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY PURCHASE?

Delivered by our trusted courier partner Adelaide Warehousing and Logistics. The Long Night Wine provide excellent delivery options with every purchase. Product delivery will be shipped to allocated addresses and locations; however, delivery date may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Delivery timeframes within Australian locations are guaranteed to take between 5-10 business days. We also accept orders from international customers however estimated delivery time can be between 7-15 days. International orders will also incur a postage fee, cost will depend on the destination. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PURCHASE?

Orders are dispatched from the date of order. Our warehouse operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays within South Australia. An estimated delivery time will be confirmed once order is placed and paid. Methods of payment will be processed by well renowned and trusted partner, Stripe.

WHAT TO DO IF MY PARCEL IS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?

The Long Night value customer satisfaction and in conjunction with our courier, if you find a parcel damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and contact our customer service team immediately. As soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim, the long night will contact you with the next steps and what action to take.

INSURANCE

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
